We condemn the heinous terrorist attack perpetrated in Paris Champs-Elysées Avenue and resulted in the death of one police officer and the injury of two police officers.

We convey our condolences to the friendly French people and the French National Police with whom we stand in solidarity in this difficult day. We wish fortitude to those who lost their relative and speedy recovery to the injured.

Turkey and Turkish people, who have been targeted by several similar attacks, understand and share the grief of the French people. In this regard, our country will continue to provide all kinds of support to France in the fight against terrorism.
